What is the workflow for traffic counts now?

The old layer is deprecated.

I read this article: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/esri-demographics/latest/regional-data/traffic-counts.htm

It seems there is a pre-built map, but it is not convenient. The article mentions a way to do it in AGOL with enrichment, but I can't seem to find any of the variables when searching?
