URL stopped working in Pop up Text Section

Hi all,
My URL has stopped responding as a live link in the Pop Up.
It works still in the automatically generated field list but has stopped working in the text box within the pop up? Any ideas?

Not sure why it stopped working or if there is anything else wrong, but to make URLs clickable, they need to be in ANCHOR or <a> tags.
