Arcgis survey 123 connect publishing issues

Question

In ArcGIS Survey 123 Connect, I made a form. The form appears in a different view after it has been published in ArcGIS Online. I've included the screenshot below. I need some recommendations and guidance.

ArcGIS Survey123 Connect View is the first, followed by ArcGIS Online View. I need both views to be the same.

Grid support for the web came out in the November 2024 release. You might need to use the width URL parameter to give the the web form enough room to fit all of the columns correctly.

That sounds familiar to me as well, but I also cannot find a post to corroborate it.

Last I heard Grid is not supported on the web.  I thought I heard it may be coming but cannot find the post.
