Change Detection in Mine Area between two timeline and Imagery

Hello Community. We have an application for land database management and we want to integrate Esri Map for visualization of land data on Map. Our client also wants us to visualize Change or Encroachment. Please help us or guide us on how we can achieve change detection or encroachment detection and if there is any ready made solution which can be integrated to our application. Application is built on .Net Core and backend is Microsoft SQL Server.
