We use Enterprise 11.1 and I have tried to follow several different howtos but I can't find where to setup the developer credentials I need. Where is it?
For instance this page https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/security-and-authentication/app-authentication/oauth-cre...gives two options depending on Enterprise version.
But if i create an Application item there is no 'Credentials' section on the item. Or if I go to Content - My content - New item, there is no Developer credentials to chose.
