BIM file to gdb: avoid empty output

Hello,

When using BIM file to gdb it will create a standard index of all these feature classes,  but many of them is completely empty, it's extremely hard to use, May I suggest to add a option only create feature class that have something inside, just ignore the empty ones?

This behavior was done to help with the downstream workflows. When you create a builing layer you could use the Remove Empty Layers to have "cleaner" building layer
