Hello,
We have an EB that is for editing data. To make it easier for folks to use we essentially have 2 duplicate AGOL web maps but saved with different names. In one of the maps, a base layer polygon is turned on and in the other web map another base layer polygon is turned on.
The idea is for easier viewing in case people don't know how to go in and turn on/off map layers. I noticed today that the one edit widget looks pretty good and for mode is selected to 'Interact with a Map widget' and I have one of the maps selected and below shows the map layers within the web map to enable for editing.
However when I go to the second edit widget which is another section view, this one also has the mode 'Interact with a Map widget' selected along with the second web map, but no layers show to configure. I have been able to switch to the other web map and then switch back to the second web map and then the layers in the second web map will show as options to configure editing. I save and publish and get the green light, but when I go back to the second edit widget, no layers are shown as configured for editing or even show within the web map setting. What is going on?
Shouldn't this be possible to achieve with two separate web maps and two edit widgets? It is the same hosted feature layers being configured for editing so maybe that is too much for the EB?
Thanks in advance. This EB is not going that well with already an existing tech support case regarding editing related records and also the group filter, both of which the tech has been able to replicate and states software limitations, enhancements....sigh.
