Notify() with links - arcgis-survey123:// fail

I am trying to include links to the survey123 app but when I use arcgis-survey123:// or https://survey123.arcgis.app I receive an error message. When I use https://survey123.arcgis.com it does not error out.

Is there a way to approve these urls?

Exception: Unable to send notification.
Invalid links in the message.
(Error Code: 400)
