Enhanced Search Widget - Change selection color

I'd like to change the color of the selected features within Robert's Enhanced Search widget. I've changed the code under the SearchWidget.mxml to be the 'ESRI selection' color instead of the default red.

However, when I run FlashBuilder to test the change, the change is not reflected and the selected features still come back as red.

Any suggestions?

   The selection color is controlled by this block in the SearchWidget.xml

Don't forget to click the Mark as answer check and to click the top arrow (promote) as shown below:
