Survey 123 Form in Custom web app and Editing.

Question

All,

I am creating a custom web application using ArcGIS JS API using React. In our ArcGIS online, we have many surveys published, and data is being collected. The application is for admin folks, who can review the survey responses and update additional data on each response.

I want to display each response in a survey form and provide an option to update. Is this possible?

Thank you Doug. I am not using Experience builder; rather I need to display survey response (in same survey form) in my custom web app with more options. Will that be possible?

There is a 123 widget in Experience Builder that you can maybe plug in?  Or it may show you how to do it.
