Flash Builder Edition

Dear All,
We are planning to develop a mapping application using ArcGIS API for Flex, instead of using trail version of Flash Builder 4.7 we are planning to buy full version. But there are two editions available with Flash Builder 4.7 i.e.

Flash Builder 4.7 Premium
Flash Builder 4.7 Standard

Flash Builder 4.7 Premium edition price is three times morethan  the Flash Builder 4.7 Standard edition. Which edition I need to buy? and what are the limitations in Flash Builder 4.7 Standard edition. Please suggest me.
