Download failed when using Download Data button

Question

Hi, everyone!

I have here a table element named Building Permit Monitoring Table in my sample dashboard where the "Source data download" is enabled.

Here are the details:

* I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.
* The source table of my table element is a database view published as Feature where Export Data option is enabled.

After enabling the Source Data Download in my table element, it says "Download Failed" when trying to download.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Or is this because my source table is a database view?

Your Portal/Server logs should be able to provide you with additional information regarding the error. If you like, please capture some network traffic and post the har file here - I can review it to see if anything jumps out.

* Submit HAR debug files to Esri Support Services for troubleshooting and review

Use developer tools in the web browser to see if there is more information in the error response. Also, check Logs on Portal and the Federated Server for anything helpful for troubleshooting the issue.
