Dynamic text to reflect which map layers are switched on

Hi ! I have an experience builder that contains some dynamic text showing the count of each feature. I was hoping there was a way to somehow make the count 0 if the map layer is toggled off. Is there anyway anyone could figure how to do this? 

would want the count to be 0 here since the layer is turned off.

Currently, the dynamic text is independent of the visibility of the layer.
