Update an Excel spreadsheet automatically using ArcGIS Pro Model Builder

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1

I am trying to automate a process. I have a map layout that currently inserts a picture of a table. The model I have creates updated statistics for the table but I need to input the numbers manually into the spreadsheet. See statistics table update1.png. I would like to find a way that I can update the table/spreadsheet automatically using the outputs from the Model. See statistics table update2.png. I have been told that there used to be a Modify or Update Table tool for the Model but no longer. Any thoughts on how this can be done now?
