Report Features with not null dates without a survey123 companion

Hello Community,

We used to use these scripts to keep live updated feature services. We've moved from online to Enterprise and I'm trying to find a way to keep the data live (not set up a scheudled service to run). We've also moved from Workforce to Feild Maps so the Completed status will change to a simple not null requirement. Any idea's how to keep this live as it was in online?
