Wont let me access a project which I am the owner

Question

Recently an old colleague left and transferred ownership of all his items to me. I tried to access a workforce project but it says "You have not been added to this project as a Dispatcher. Please contact the project owner." But according to the project item card I am the owner.

How can I access this?

This is comically late but if anyone else stumbles upon this, you can go into the Dispatcher table of the hosted feature layer for the WorkForce app and add yourself as a dispatcher or edit the record for the previous dispatcher to include your name and username.

I know that the items are transferred over, but is the group associated with the project also swapped over to you? I ask because of this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-workforce-questions/change-workforce-project-owner/m-p/781095#M344
