sync offline features seems to be stuck

Question

i'm having an issue with the sync offline features in Pro it seems to have added all the features (160k) to the AGOL feature service but the dialog box is just sitting there, i've left it overnight and its not changed.

is there a log file i can check to see what its doing?

is there a way to upload the .geodatabase to AGOL and sync it from there, i need to maintain the globalid's
