Need Assistance with Restricting User Date Selections to a Specific Range in ArcGIS

I am working on a project in ArcGIS and need to restrict users from selecting dates outside a predefined date range when interacting with the dataset. However, I am having trouble finding a way to set hard limits that prevent users from choosing dates outside this specified range.
