"Table Widget" should allow record selection via keyboard

The table widget would be a great addition for keyboard accessibility to meet WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Unfortunately the table does not allow record selection via keyboard but it does via mouse. Tested in AGOL and Enterprise to be sure.
