remove location sharing tracks from mobile device

Question

We have a survey123 connect survey that requires location tracking. On the mobile device, the tracks are still showing and we've not been able to remove them. I tried the instructions in the the FAQ here https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/get-started/faqgetanswers.htm#anchor19

But they are never removed.

Any ideas?

Hello @pslgisAdmin,

You can also navigate to:

* Windows—C:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\My Survey123\data\esri.AddIn.Tracking
* iOS—Survey123/Documents/ArcGIS/My Survey123/data/esri.AddIn.Tracking
* Android—Android/data/com.esri.survey123/files/ArcGIS/My Survey123/data/esri.AddIn.Tracking

and delete the Tracking.sqlite file.
