No C:\EsriTraining folder and ESRI trainings not working.... like everyone else's apparently

I am a student and I have to complete these ESRI training about ArcGIS and they wont load or work. it says to extract the files to C:\EsriTraining yet no such folder exists on my computer or was ever existent on my computer. The whole thing feels like a scam and has absolutely no step by step solutions. I am beyond frustrated and really need help fixing this issue. i hope we can resolve this immediately

The C:\EsriTraining folder will not be created by default, this is something that you will need to create and then extract the data into it.

Just create the C:\EsriTraining folder and extract your data there.
