Using Address Locator in ASP.NET Web Form

Is it possible to get an address locator to work inside of an asp.net web form? I took this sample http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/javascript/arcgis/help/jssamples_start.htm#jssamples/locator_address.html and put it into an aspx page. It doesn't show anything, but when I take out the form tags it works fine. What do I need to do to get it to work inside the form tags?

Here is the body with the form tags uncommented:
