ArcGIS Pro update failed

My current ArcGIS Pro is 3.1.2. I would like to upgrade to the latest version but I cannot download the software update. Here is the error message I get. Please help.

Could you try a clean uninstall and reinstall of ArcGIS Pro to see if that resolves your issue?
