ArcGIS Monitor Configure SSL certificate failed with Error

I have ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1,

Tried to configure ssl by uploading a pfx file and got the following error 

Error- Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')

From them on when ever browser Administration -> Server it displays the same error and could view and setting as shown below

wondering how could i fix this.
