We are running ArcPro 3.3.1 on computers that do not have internet access. Every time we start up ArcPro 3.3.1 and try and open a map or go to a folder on our computer, it crashes. Anyone have any idea why?
Was it installed to run offline?

Yes it was. Was told by several ESRI support folks that it can run on an off-line environment.
