how can I insert an ArcGIs dashboard development in Survey 123?
We need to put this tool inside a public webpage

Can you clarify what you are looking to do?
Do you want a Survey123 form in a public Operations Dashboard, or do you want to display your dashboard in a form?
For the form displaying in a dashboard you will need to use the embed widget. To show a dashboard from the Survery123 form you will need to add a URL in a note field using HTML to create a link.
Are you looking to embed a Survey123 form inside of a pre-existing web page?
If so, do the following:
1. Go to the Surveys Site
Surveys Site can be accessed from: https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=YOURPORTALYOURPORTAL is the URL used to access your organizations Esri Portal.
2. Locate the survey and click on "Collaborate" icon
3. Look for the "embed in website" button
