Unable to load https://<url>/sharing/rest/portals/self?f=json when setting ArcGIS Enterprise URL to Experience Builder

Hello, we have ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and we need to install Experience Builder Developer edition. I have been following every step of guide how to install Experience Builder. Experience Builder server is running correctly but when I want to set ArcGIS Enterprise URL I get error that server could not be found. I was digging in requests which Experienc Builder is sending to server and I found out that Experience Builder is getting 404 from endpoint https://<url>/sharing/rest/portals/self?f=json. I have no idea why it is getting this error. I tried this endpoint on different public server and it is returning correct JSON. I don't know if we have to install something or allow something in settings and I am quite desperate. Does anybody have any idea?
