Transfer Ownership of Feature layer generated from Join Features

I am transferring contect between accounts within my organization and 2 of them are not moving! I get this message: 

Unable to transfer item. The service 'Join_Assignment_Type' has Views that are related to other services.

Seems that this is a Feature layer generated from running the Join Features solution.

Why would this matter and any advice on how to change the owner? Thanks.

I am afraid you'll have to recreate these special hosted feature layer view.

Normally when you change the owner of a hosted feature layer, ownership changes for its dependent hosted feature layer views. but this becomes complicated for the joint features hosted feature layer view, because it involves multiple hosted services.
