Symbology Size change base on zoom level/Scale

I want to size for symbology of the feature layer is depended on the zoom level/scale. If low scale, I want to have a big symbol, and small symbol or no symbol at large scale of map. Please advise.

Good Morning

When you enable symbol sized scaling can you go further than 1:1,000. The issue I have is that if I zoom in further than 1:1,000 the symbol size reverts to it's default in this case 14pt.
