SAVE button is disabled (portal for arcgis 10.6)

Why, even using the only site administrator, I can't make edits to the portal? the save button is always disabled.

Unfortunately, restart the sevice, no work properly.

I was created the portal again, but not solve too.

While I can't say I know what might cause this, I can state that others have fixed this kind of issue in the past by restarting the Portal for ArcGIS Windows service.
