Loading Canadian GRIB2 rotated lat-lon continental grid (HRDPS)

Hi all,

Environment Canada changed the specifications on their High Resolution Deterministic Prediction System (HRDPS) GRIB2 dataset in November 2023. The data is now in a rotated lat-lon continental grid. I can load GRIB2 dataset sets of other types into arcGIS pro 3.0.3, but because of the Rotation I get an error. Is there a way of re-projecting this data so I can load it?

The error I get is:
Invalid cell size
