Hello,How can I set up a WMS (Web Map Service) using data from a SDE? Is it possible? I have been requested to provide "GetCapabilities link that links to a WMS service" - I'm struggling to find any information on how to do this via google. Thanks.

Yes, it is possible if you publish a Map Service and enable its WMS capability. I will assume you want to publish the service to ArcGIS Server and that you will use ArcGIS Pro to do so.Please, follow the documentation on Publish a map service and then Configure capabilities to select WMS.
