Use babylonjs to visualise 3d buildings and to place 3d objects at a ordinate

Im am really new to Arc. I wanted to know if i could use Babylonjs to render and use the Arc GIS js SDK? Does anyone have any examples of this working with 3d buildings being visualised and how to anchor a 3D object to lat long?

Where do you have your buildings? Are they a gltf you want to import first? Import into ArcGIS JS SDK? How do you want to use Babylonjs in your workflow? Could you elaborate a bit on your workflow/usecase please?
