I have this kriging, see below. in arcmap there is any option to perform or clip the kriged area only the zone of measurements points?

Not sure exactly what you want to do, therefore, there could a few ways to do what you may be asking. The simplest way, could just use "Select By Location" - Select features from "measurements points" in the source layer "kriged".
If you want to clip the "kriged" area by "measurements points" you will have to first buffer the "measurements points".
