Inspector Tool Community Sample

When I download the Inspector Tool sample and build and run it, and I am not able to get it to work properly. I can open the tool from the Modify Features Pane and change the description, but only the first description change will save. If I use the tree to select other features and change other feature descriptions, changes to other features will not save.

Has anyone else gotten this sample to work? I am new to the Pro SDK so I am wondering if I am missing something.

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.4
Visual Studio 2022 Version 17.9.2
