Honestly, the combination of stresses I have had to deal with learning basics of esri systems has been enough to nearly take me out.

The next thing I need to get working is one basic way my boss described what he wanted to see on this project. What is that thing? it is debraindeading the connection I have put together so far for ArcGIS and Iracale. I actually like Oracle,. Instead of trashing their name I should trash..... no name.

You need to say exactly what you are trying to do before anyone can help you.

Sounds like maybe you are trying to move some data from a feature class in ArcGIS Pro to a table in Oracle?

Or are you going the other direction?

Since the feature class has spatial data in it you have to convert it to a table first. Then you can save the table into a database (I have not worked with Oracle in many years but I think it works the same as SQL Server)

And yeah it has been a constant pain to me that generally you have to copy the data and then copy it again.

Like, save to CSV then import on the other side.

Slow, inefficient, uses lots of disk space.

They want you to buy the Data Interoperability extension. The good news is if you only need to do this once, you can use a trial copy. You run the ArcGIS Pro installer and check the box at the very end when they ask if you want to try it.

I've barely ever used it because it's too complicated for me. I most often use GDAL and OGR tools instead. Also, they are free. But it's OG -- no colorful boxes to click. You have to type.
