How do I get my ArcGIS organizational URL?

Hey, my name is Michael and I’m having issues with finding my organizational URL and I just paid a $100/yr subscription for Personal Use. When I login on the ArcGIS Pro application, this message keeps popping up every time, while I have a license to use ArcGIS Pro.

From that message it seems that ArcGIS Pro is attempting to point to your public account, rather than personal account, to pick up the needed license.

You can get your organization URL by signing in with your organization account (not your public account) and then capturing the URL you see at the top of your browser at your home page. For example, mine is:

https://onlinelabs.maps.arcgis.com/home/

When you launch ArcGIS Pro, you can figure where Pro gets the license information. When you open Pro, in the upper right you should see where Pro is getting the license:

If you are signed in to a public organization, you can sign out then sign in again using your personal use sign in information.

If all else fails, you can contact Esri customer service to get things straightened out.
