Button Widget to Select Field for Chart to Plot

Question

I am new to experience builder and I am trying to add a list of buttons so that the user can select which field the chart plots (e.g. user selects 'pH' and the chart updates to display the pH trend). Is this possible with the buttons widget or some other?

Another workflow I can think of is to create a series of blank windows for each chart type of interest (i.e. pH type and so one).  Then on your page, add a series button widgets that link out to the chart of interest.

Hi @MFazio ,

It is not possible to use button widgets to select chart fields.

One workaround is to add multiple views in a section, put a different chart in each one, and link each button to a different view. So when someone clicks a button, it'll switch to that view and show the associated chart.
