AppStudio 5.5.180_Unable to create quick report

Hi all,

I am seeking for help. I am following an instruction to create Quick report via Appstudio: https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/use-arcgis-appstudio-to-build-a-311-mobile-app/

I am using IOS, Sonoma 14.1.One of other student is using Windows. The App Studio is 5.5.180, downloaded from https://developers.arcgis.com/appstudio/#download

Both of us are not able to create the Quick Report after choosing Template. It keeps loading for more than 5 hours. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but same issue occurs.

Can you please help.
