Transparency of layers in CE?

Thanks Chris. Technically it works great ... 🙂

but can I make my static shape layer (or any other layer for that matter) semi transparent so I can see the aerial underneath as guide?

Currently, this is not an option, but those that make such things also monitor the Geonet.
