Height of Floor level above ground

I would like to know if it is possible to get the floor height above the ground of a dwelling using ArcGIS Pro and Lidar. For example

I can think of taking known elevation at dwelling and taking account foundationHeight, width of floorboard, and adding the values. If the specifications of particular dwelling are unknown , a different approach may be necessary. LiDAR may be feasible with a transponder physically at the location elevation needed. Good question
