The black lines in this image should be straight. It appears the lines are following a 3d model of the ground. Is there a way to convert this to 2d so that the lines are straight?Thank you!
ArcGIS Earth is a 3D viewer by design, so you won't be able to flat out the entire globe. But if you place the camera close to the ground – like in your example – and you set the Elevation Exaggeration to zero :
You will work in an "almost flat" environment.
Another way to turn the elevation off is to disable all your sources of Terrain :
Found this under 'Environmental Effects'.
Thanks a million!
