The Print Widget in experience builder needs to have a North Arrow as default when printing a map. There was an article on November 2022 saying it did but it does not. If ESRI in in the business of making maps a must have cartographic element is a North Arrow.
@ShengdiZhang Thanks for the reply... Is there an alternative option for us at 10.8? As Jorge mentioned, north arrows on maps is fairly standard so I'm surprised its not part of the default configuration.

Anthony
@AnthonyWillis Hi, this feature is added in the Portal 11.1 and Online 10.3 (November 2022), that's why you cannot find it in Server 10.8.

Hello @ShengdiZhang ,
I'm the GIS Manager for the City and we're looking into this for Jorge. We're running Server 10.8 currently and I've checked the print task Get Layout Templates Info but did not see that config info.
Would that be using the admin login on the services directory, the server manager or somewhere else?
Thanks!
Hi @JorgeMorteo ,
Can you double-check if your print service supports the north arrow? It can be found at the print task Get Layout Templates Info:
If the print service does support the north arrow, please go to the print widget settings - template configuration and see if the option "Include north arrow" is checked.
