Is it possible to build a complex template in ArcGIS PRO with related rows in a table?
ArcPY, .net, whatever... I'm just seeking a solution. But I need the template to appear in the template list while creating features.
Is using ArcPy an option for you, or do you mean just using the built-in Layout editing tools?
If the former, definitely. If the latter, maybe? But I haven't done this with a layout, so I am not certain.
