Add URL Map Links to the Basemap Gallery Widget

In the basemap gallery widget, there is no option to select a URL from an existing map link for the basemap gallery. Currently, you have to select a group which is very redundant and time consuming. This is another issue where experience builder is still lacking functionality with webapp builder.

I just discovered I needed the URL function today for the first time in this widget. Kinda surprised it wasn't an option. Please bring this one up to parity with WAB if possible. Thanks!
