Support of related tables

When a user adds a service that contains related tables, he won't be able to see the related records using the Attribute Table. It would be useful to add this functionality. Thank you.

I brought in a web map from ArcGIS Online into ArcGIS Earth today and the related records in the popups are the only piece missing. This would be a fantastic enhancement, especially when Google Earth Pro goes defunct and we may see more heavy usage of ArcGIS Earth to replace it.
