Survey123 web form autocomplete potential BUG

Hi all,

just to point out that in web version 3.18, for field with a coded domain associated...

and you have to edit an existing geometry with a web form, Domain is not honored 

Instead if you insert a new point, Domain is honored.

Anyone else can confirm that?

This is a BUG in the Survey123 web app, I've logged an internal issue for this please feel free to reach out to Esri Support to log an official BUG.
