I created a dashboard for one of my organization's community partners and shared it publicly, however when anyone not logged into an account attempts to access the dashboard they receive a prompt to sign-in. When faced with this prompt, if the user either clicks "cancel" or clicks "OK" then closes the sign-in window without inputting credentials, they are able to view and interact with the dashboard normally. This is also the case if the user simply closes the sign-in prompt.
All of the components of the dashboard and its map are set to public sharing.
Normally, this would only be a minor inconvenience, however, because the audience for this particular dashboard has a low tolerance for technical issues, the fear is many potential users will see the sign-in prompt and give up on accessing the dashboard.
I've made a copy of the dashboard (so as not to interfere with usage metrics), which has the exact same issue with the sign-in prompt here:

Any help with removing the unnecessary sign-in prompt would be appreciated!
