Coordinate System Control not displaying layers

Question

I'm using the Coordinate System Control in a ProWindow. I add the Map to the CoordinateSystemsControlProperties and create a new properties object when things change. The layers section is never added to the Coordinate System Control. Am I missing something? I'm am using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 and migrating addins from ArcMap 10.6.

unfortunately, it's a bug. Fixed in 3.1.2 and will be available in 3.2
