I have two questions:

Is it possible to trace the strands of a fiber cable using ArcGIS Pro exclusively, for example tracing the unused strand of fiber?
I am currently using the Esri Telecom Utility Network solution, along with its provided sample data. While attempting to follow the steps outlined in the blog [https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/2b0da80ab0ff4f17bb2a2103a4095611 ] from step 1 to step 5 for creating devices in the Utility Network (UN), I encountered an issue with the connectivity of the trench and fiber. Despite using a patch panel 24x1, the connectivity check shows that it contains 24 unknown entities.
